"Häppy" Reusable Range

Our Häppy products can be printed in a colour of your choice! To ensure the print matches your expectations as closely as possible, we use Pantone colour values from the "Coated" range. Please create your artwork using a single Pantone C colour value.
If your design requires more colours, you are welcome to submit a special request. Simply contact our Support.
When printing on our reusable products, the printing machines require vector data. Therefore, please do not use pixel graphics such as photos when designing your artwork.
Our printing machines require the print file exactly as we have provided it to avoid shifts or other deviations in the print.
- Do not alter the artboard (dimensions, format, etc.) under any circumstances
- Do not export the PDF, simply press "Save" (Windows: "CTRL+S", Apple: "CMD+S")
- Do not add any bleed or similar elements
When creating your artwork, please ensure that all lines are at least 2.5 pt thick. This also applies to individual strokes within letters. Any lines that are too thin may result in poor print quality.
To avoid any issues with your text, please convert all text to paths before the final export (In Adobe Illustrator, for example, you can do this by selecting all text and pressing the "CTRL+SHIFT+O" (Apple: "CMD+SHIFT+O") keys).
► Warning: Text converted to paths can no longer be edited, so only convert the fonts once you have completed the design.
Our printing machines use the industry-standard PDF format, ensuring consistent appearance regardless of the programme or operating system.
► Please do not add any crop marks or other print marks, as these are already included in our print template.
Your customers should be able to read and see what you have to say and show. Therefore, it is important that nothing gets cut off or lost in the print. Place all important elements, such as your text, logos, or important graphics, within the visible area.
► We generally recommend keeping a small margin of about 4 mm from the edge of the visible area to counteract typical shifts within the printing machines.
We are happy to print, for example, our practical Häppy Bowls in the 600 ml or 1000 ml versions for you.

Our entire reusable range is made from a compound of wood flour and bio-polymer developed by us and is easy to clean – whether by hand or in the dishwasher.

Frequently Asked Questions & Problems
A common source of error is altering the die-cut or the data format. Please ensure when opening the die-cut that the dimensions are not changed. It is best to open the file in an illustration programme such as Adobe Illustrator.
When saving, ensure that no additional bleed is added. This would alter the size of the artboard, preventing your reusable product from going into print.
No. Although we would love to, unfortunately, our capacities are limited. For this reason, we currently do not offer design services or assistance.
